Monique brings a fresh approach coupled with proven solid experience in engineering construction to public service.  She has the unique combination of community service and private sector experience.

As a business manager with over 15 years experience in the engineering and construction industry working for Bechtel, she has managed information technology programs, enterprise resource projects, management and controls programs, strategic marketing analysis and planning, and multi-million dollar budgets while meeting stringent schedules.

She has the necessary experience to ensure tax payer’s dollars are well managed and BART projects are delivered on-time and within budget.

She’s committed to community service and has worked in leadership positions in both the non-profit and public sector. She volunteers her time to help make our community safer and a better place for all residents.

It is time for a change from “business as usual” and to elect someone who will meet our interests and concerns.
